I contacted Richard Jones about the second DWI and MTR grace period. The old horrible lawyer forsaken me, and that made my case very difficult. The three former lawyers wanted the case, but the money was a ridiculous sum  They said they can't guarantee anything I got a call from Richard from the website I posted and decided to meet the next day. He told me how difficult my case was, but he had all the experience of seeing it before. He also didn't promise anything to me, but I felt so good to him that I decided his rate was fair and hired him. Now I was so scared to death that I received a warrant of felony due to MTR. He went to see what he could do that day, and that afternoon I took out the warrant and helped him decide the date of the trial. Simply put, Richard would return me to probation without punishment, claim my house for postponement of obstruction, and many people say that this would not work, and then I was able to undertake this job. Richard is an excellent lawyer and I won't have a problem in the future, but if I were you, I would just use him. Now he's not the best and there's another very good lawyer, but he's in my book, so I'll say he's honest and do my best for you. He calls back and never speaks what he can't do. If you're in trouble, you can't look at it forever without hesitation and find a good person and a lawyer like that. He saved me a lot of time and money in prison. I can't really thank him.

Richard helped me out with fear I threatened him with a bad review...... ... This is the case with  He undertakes many cases, and I don't think he is paying the same attention to all his customers. I don't say there is any possibility that he will help me, so I just ask for attention before I get a reply.  And the response is always "Check this week."

Richard missed my first court date in February 2014, and when the court issued a warrant of arrest after he allowed my case to be forfeited (i.e., the court would file a civil suit against you), he was not informed.  I was arrested on my way to class in Texas in April 2014...Of course, he had me released from prison on the same day, but he completely failed to investigate in court to resolve my case after release.  Four years later, my civil suit has failed, and Travis County has more than $2,000 in debt to the court.  Interesting fact: In Texas, we are responsible for the stupid mistakes of lawyers. Richard's excuses and answers would be "not heard for four years", but from January 2014 to April 2014 he did nothing but take my money, "process" and completely ignore it in my case.

With me. In February 2018, I received a default notice of judgment, and when I asked him about it, he made an excuse to "check this week," and then I decided to contact the court again for treatment.  For the first time after speaking with a very useful judge's aide, Aast, the District Attorney at Travis was able to disband my civil suit on my own (without the help of Richard at all).  Yes, please read...The organization which dealt with the case against me was more useful than a lawyer.  Those with zero legal experience promised Richard to ask for help when no one would like to, and they were able to handle the case in less than a week.

I paid him for the lawyer's expenses, and had a four-year headache and a day's prison stay.  Listen to the warning...I prefer a lawyer to Richard Jones.

Richard was accused of not doing it, and after being placed in a very dangerous situation, immediately answered, sat down and discussed, and I was sure I was okay.  I found myself not alone and helped me to calm down.  He worked hard, never settled on anything, and I did not treat him like a mere "other client."  He has a good personality and a good heart. He informed me that I was not alone in everything, and he took someone on his side.

Without Mr. Jones and Mr. Hannah, I wouldn't write this review. He was arrested without security for violating probation. He had his warrant released in a day, and a few days before Christmas, you will see that the country is short of manpower.  He was the best gift from Santa. Hannah took my hand, answered 800 million questions, and helped me with fear. I knew that I had a safe relationship with this team. When I got home, I received a lot of letters of solicitations from other lawyers and their prices were exorbitant.  Mr. Jones promises to get more value than your money. The bonus is that he knows all the people in the system and can't measure how beneficial this is to you.  They also take your phone! My ex-lawyer did nothing if I had to make something clear or changed the court schedule.

In 2013, our lives were forced to the worst. My husband was accused of committing a second-tier crime in Austin while living outside the state. Upon hearing the warrant, we were driven out of many lawyers in a remarkable incident in Austin, which provoked many debates. An Austen woman lawyer even went so far as to say that her husband was a criminal (without investigating the case) and that he had no intention of helping her husband. A few days after Hannah started looking for a lawyer, she called and connected with Richard. They believed us and their husband. They worked together, worked hard, understood and helped. Richard Jones is a busy man, so in the previous comment, people need to understand that the lawyer is really busy and working 24 hours a day. For a long period of seven months, the lawsuit against my husband was withdrawn. If Richard doesn't tell the prosecutor the truth, we won't share this story. And do your best for us! We are grateful and very happy for working with Richard and Hannah. They are kind, faithful and diligent people. Thank you for both:)
