I filled out the documents on line about my possible cases and he quickly answered that his company would not accept. I asked for an explanation because there was little information on the documents I had submitted.  He again answered his achievements and asked me why I thought I had caused the incident.  He seemed to have read my email reply.  He persisted in his decision not to accept the case. It is within the bounds of his expert judgment.  The reason I don't give me five stars is because I contacted two other veteran lawyers, did the same job, they jumped into my case and had the experts review my medical information quickly.  Each of them reviewed many cases and accepted one (for example, 100 cases accepted) and said I had a clear malpractice case.  Before Alcrete turned down the case, I should have taken a little more time to learn about it.
