Mrs. Bennett was not very grateful for helping me with the complicated family examination questions. She took time to briefly explain and advise everything about my situation. He promised that it would be expensive without a probate. Français Bennett demanded a retainer of $5,000, but fortunately, they first provided $2,500 and showed their results. I was appointed a new lawyer (with three years' experience) who had no experience in the Probate Law. This was when I felt very emotional sadness and stress in my life. I trusted this company, guided us, and provided the necessary steps to solve the problem. Instead, $2,500 of his retainers were spent on phone calls and emails. Nothing is filed, eventually locked out of the storage area, no solution to multiple issues, no future path. I would be very happy if I could spend $2,500 to validate my will and take a step to the disposal of my assets. Since then, I have been qualified as an officer under the Texas State Probate Law and have hired another lawyer with more than 20 years of training experience. A little over $750 solved all our problems. Bennet & amp; Flaherty, who feels as if he has switched with the conclusion, never recommends or uses their services again.
