Brett Senkas is a former leading company (Skadden; Now I'm practicing (at a very low rate for customers!) Andrew Coose, lawyer. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 1998 and served as a former top legal advisor at an international oil field service company. Brett conducted a wide-ranging survey and merged & I found a professional lawyer. The acquisition I was happy to see as a small business owner that he has a uniform fee package that helps him to plan and budget for his service. The lawyer would have to do the least amount of work, which might have been a concern for a full reward, but Brett did more. He was always available and helped every stage to negotiate the best deal possible. He was familiar with M&A and A and A could not have succeeded without him and his expertise!

No more happiness can be achieved by the Kenkas method. Bret Senkas is my lawyer for three projects and I do not intend to use anyone else.
