Because it's a family request, hire someone else! Get one of the worst "professional" experiences in my life. Mr. Cook is wonderful in the south, just the opposite. He died after he called a retainer! He lied, hung up on me, did nothing, and tried to claim it. You pay, but he's worthless! !
