I was very disappointed with this law firm, especially its founder. I asked them to review the Blue Sky Act on 16 states. After five business days, they did nothing but review the state of Zero and create a draft of one form. After receiving a request for five days, I got only one paper. I hired another lawyer and she completed all the reviews in 16 states in a day. The reaction of Hector was very bad when I said that I was changing the company because it moved so slowly, and that I did not update it with progress. Hector would answer this and claim that I was a villain, but he was collecting money for his veteran charities and his slow progress might ruin the project. I expected in advance that this would be urgent, and said that not only did they not give directions as to when they would finish the work, but Hector did not say that I was in a hurry. I have evidence by email that is the opposite. In my opinion, I should not have accepted the work if they had not done it.
