I have seen the agony that happens when women don't organize legal documents. In 2004, my father died without a will, and I saw my mother having to experience the sadness of his death, while spending her much of the fun and expenses of living in court. After the difficult process, she first decided to plan a real estate project so that we wouldn't have to experience the same stress as our children. I never forgot that.
Many women and families have seen that they are suffering because they were not prepared for an unexpected health crisis or death. I was asked many times to donate to crowdfund at funerals. That can't be.
After a 12-year non-profit practice, I started my own practice to help other women who would experience peace and have a family.
