The Yoan Malong Law represents those arrested for minor and felony crimes in Austin, Texas, and neighboring counties. After she started her career as a civil lawyer in 2010, she switched to a criminal lawyer in 2014 and, as a daughter of a criminal lawyer, her career went on naturally. My passion for criminal defense is closely related to the fact that it is a very human-oriented field of practice. Regardless of the level of crime, being held criminally responsible requires a personal approach that recognizes that it can be a shocking experience that has a major impact on the lives and future of the accused. Because the criminal justice system can be confusing and intimidating, it is important not only to know how to navigate the system, but also to have lawyers on their side who care deeply about their cases and keep records.

I grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota, moved to Austin, Texas in 1997, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Texas. Then in 2010, St. Mary and Amplifier of San Antonio, Texas; #39; I received a Ph.D. from the University Law Department at . I started working in San Antonio to represent the plaintiffs on the first party's property claim against the insurance company, and then returned to Austin to enforce the penal law. In 2014, I joined a crime-defense company in Austin, and before opening Joan Marron Law in 2017, I concentrated on the issue of crime-defense and succeeded.
