Terrible. I employed him through custody. My father was bipolar and unemployed, so I had a big case. Rick was sitting in the middle of the conciliation, talking to the judge, and one day he said to me in front of the judge. "If you think your father is so dangerous, why would you let your daughter see you?" What? You're going to pay him as a devil advocate? I couldn't get what I wanted and cried in the arbitrator. He of course didn't care. Years ago, I'm still very upset about the situation. I wanted to know.
