Stark graduated from Texas University and University of Texas Law School in 1976. He started his career as a petty prosecutor at the Travis County Attorney General's Office, and conducted a number of trials for minor offenses for two and a half years. He joined the Travis County District Prosecutor's Office in 1978 and served as Prosecutor General of the Court for two and a half years. When he was a prosecutor, he conducted a number of jury trials including murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and other serious crimes. More than 30 years of experience in the criminal field tells the customers how to prepare for the trial and how to position their customers for advantageous legal transactions. The best defense is always a good crime, and having a lawyer respected by an opposite lawyer can make a big difference in the outcome of trials' trials and judgments.

Nate Stark has been practicing solo in Austin, Texas since 1981. His main field of practice covers all fields of criminal law. He conducted hundreds of criminal trials of all kinds of crimes, including murder, aggravated assault, possession of controlled material and white collar crime, and represented hundreds of thousands of pounds of marijuana and several pounds of cocaine and methamphetamine cases in the U.S. Federal District Court.
