My experience at this law firm was a nightmare! Annette, secretary and legal aid, is not very organized. No one can cope with your concerns about your problems. Everyone is always busy with customers, and I feel like my case is worthless. Someone always comes to the phone, they say they will return the phone, really, don't stop breathing for that phone. One day I called up many times, but the lawyer Scott asked me how many times I should call. Every time I spoke to him, I informed him that I had received "I am with the customer now" or "I have someone to give back" in two months. The service received was unacceptable and was not timely. I do not recommend this law office. They will never abandon people, fast, sad, but really, forsake people.

What a nuisance! Avoid Scott Ogle unless your lawyer wants a dog to lose.
