Matt Trevena and Janet Flores were great beings through the long immigration process. My partner and I are very satisfied with their service. Janet is not obligated to receive the service in the future, but even if she has any questions, she will answer the email. I strongly recommend Matt Trevena's law firm. Thank you from Abi and Zoe.

Hey, if you like to pay in advance, wait a month and wait for your promise, you will be blown away when you come and lose respect. This is a lawyer!

Trevena is a very professional lawyer. Before I contacted him, no one gave me the proper support to get my student visa. Every time I talked with him, he was always available and ready to offer me the best suggestions. He helped me get my student visa and I got it. When I arrived in Austin and met him and his staff, they were very kind to me. I'm honored to have Trevena recommend me.

I called for advice when I got the wrong fingerprint from the immigration office, and I was told  Suddenly, when I said "Go there" despairingly, I tried it, but I didn't accept the entry for the appointment of absence, so I was told "I'm sorry I can't help you."

If you have no effort to understand the situation or situation and you do not advise on the difficult situation, ask a person who trusts the organization that is responsible for others' immigration.

Edit. You guys don't have anything.

I am a Swiss who came to the United States as an exchange student on a J-1 visa. After I spent my semester at UT in Austin, I was able to expand my experience in the US, where I had the same visa and had studied. During the grace period, he consulted various lawyers in Austin, Texas, and said that his visa would expire and that he wanted to stay in the US for a while.

When I saw the lawyer recommended for the school, I felt dissatisfied with their way of business. No one gave me any advice about my questions, and I just put off the offer. I was angry because my lawyer would be the best lawyer in Austin, Texas.

I conducted my own research, set foot in Mr. Trevena's office and planned a visit with him.

I have taught you the various options I have given to my situation, with the risks and uncertainties associated with each. And I agreed to go on the path to change the status of non-immigrants. Four months later, I received a letter from DHS saying I received my request.

Mr. Trevena has a deep understanding of immigration laws. His work was done not only by experts but also in a prompt and efficient manner. In the future, if you have any questions about immigration, I will choose him as a lawyer.

Matt Trevena is an experienced and knowledgeable lawyer.  As a veteran, when the green card of Canadian wife was rejected without any reason, I was confused and turned back to the mat.  He soon became friends, friends, and confidants.
When the immigration was "bullying", he stood up to us and supported the argument without hesitation.  He generously suggested that we remain in the right place and lead our case to a successful conclusion at a "constant" rate.  Four years (his words) have passed without additional phone calls, emails, letters, etc., but the consul general involved, solved the problem, my wife got a green card and joined my US.
20 After being troubled by the Department of Defense (US Navy) response over the years, I was probably nervous about Mr. Matt's safety and trying to deal with the State Department.  I recommend the law firm of Matt Trevena.  I don't think I can ask for a better lawyer.

A little background:
I was represented by Mr. Trevena and his lawyer since 1998. It's almost 20! This year, he finished writing a
1 - practical training paper for me.

2-H1B is 6 years old. Updated every three years to allow one specific employer to work in the United States.

3-Green2004 Card Application - Older grandfather's process took longer than the current process, but less dangerous and highly guaranteed. This application has several components, such as a work certificate. I will not participate in this.

After the first six years, the H1-B was extended several times due to pending green card applications. (Update INS if you have any open green card apps)

INS and INS Form Nature & Procedures:
INS never planned to make life easier, easier, and faster for immigrants looking for a status in the US. They say other things, but I am alone in determining the form, process, and communication path I have reached this conclusion. You must understand that the form of

INS is the same as that of IRS. They are complex and have potential pitfalls if they are filled with beginners. INS is also very good at slow response to queries and applications, but we expect the next step of the process to go on time. As a result, there is a long wait without any news, and for a few days everything is sorted out, and a struggle desperately tries to hand it out for the next round.

You can't handle green cards yourself.

Summary of services performed:
1 - Use meetings to inform future processes. For example, start the green card process
2 - send a simple form to provide information.
3 - Enter the appropriate application. br/>4 Me and My Employer
5 - Application for Review with the Ministry of Labor
6 - Review of updated status at availability (not from DOL, and finally from INS)
7 - Cooperate with your employer's attorney to accelerate business
>Mr. About Trevena:
Mr. Trevena is a warm-hearted man. I think he will respect his customers and handle them in a package. He is good at reassuring people. I am good at explaining complicated INS procedures.

I thought it would be good to always meet and reexplain the information that we don't miss or understand over and over again. You have developed

E Mail. They also called me when I tried to pass the deadline on the form. That's why I was cornered.

Comprehensive Assessment of Services:
Over the last 10 years, I have returned to my hometown of Turkey for 10 years, and I have explained the procedures, notes, and how the consulate can be handled at Trevena's office.

I Their documents were prepared quickly and accurately. In the dozens of documents you have filled out, you have never found any mistakes when reviewing the documents.

Green card payments appear to be expensive, but are more reasonable than other specialized immigration bureaus. I think the fees paid to Mr. Trevena and his company were very used. One-time legal fees for the green card process will hurt at first, but it's worth a penny with good hands.

My work certificate took nearly two to three years and during that time there was only silence. Nothing. The Ministry of Labor sent nothing back until the process was completed.  Trevena could not do anything about this.

The green card process is not suitable for impatient people. You must listen to and trust the lawyer's advice, not knowing what will happen for months in delay, frustration, and dark. Organizations have less than half the staff they need.

Mr.Trevena won my trust and didn't let me down.

I am the first foreign resident in the United States for more than 17 years. I don't know what else to say. I am grateful to Mr. Trevena and his men. But for their diligence and diligence, this dream would not have come true.

I can't find words to describe how happy I am with Torena. He gave me a lot of help and 100% of the service I needed. Rather than elaborate, I would like to say that his professionalism is merely outstanding. As a frank positive/rising man, I like how Matt approaches his customers. If you want truth, honesty, and legal delivery, talk to Matt. In spite of the results, he shot me straight. Praise his staff.

I needed help with immigration issues and Mr. Trevena's expertise in the area far exceeded my expectations. He had a complete understanding of the INS procedures and was also familiar with the agents I had worked in San Antonio years ago. Great!  Trevena is an excellent, very professional, diligent immigration lawyer and has been certified as a director. If you are looking for a faithful and intelligent lawyer who will devote time and energy to your case, please look at Mr. Trevena's office.

My husband and I used Trevena's service from 2005 to 2006, but I'm very happy. Yes, I bought it a little bit expensive, but it was worth it. all the processes that help someone stay on a fiancee visa  From the Philippines only  6-7 months. They also received my position adjustment application in Houston right after my wedding. Mr. Trevena came with me a few months later in an interview on permanent residency in San Antonio. He saw through us from beginning to end. The staff were also very kind. When we asked questions, they were very useful. And we recommend him to a friend. No, he didn't pay me to write this review. I thought it would be useful to others. I knew what it was to find the right lawyer, to represent you and to help you.

I've had such a terrible experience!  I don't recommend it to anyone.   Even if you don't have any advice, you only need 5 to 10 minutes, you'll still get a prepaid fee (and much more than any other lawyer in the town).  He gave no advice at that time (he was simply idle and humble about his way of speaking) and we began to ask some questions.  Unable to even finish our question, he got up and started. He said that our time was up in a very rude way.  So when he said the meeting was not satisfactory, he immediately said he would call the police if he didn't pay!  (though I never uttered any tacit word that we would not pay).  What a break! I'm already complaining to the Secretariat!

We hired Trevena because the dispute over permanent residency with USCIS lasted nearly two years.  When I met Trevena, I already had another lawyer's agent. The other lawyer offered a small portion of Trevena's experience, service and professionalism at twice the price.  Therefore, my pending incident has always caused dissatisfaction and anxiety, and I have been actively looking for a representative of someone who is concerned and reduces the burden of worry.  Not only did I receive it from Matt Trevena's law firm, but I feel that Trevena was deeply concerned about my position.  Within only four months of Mr. Trevena's appointment, my case was approved by USCIC.  This was not by accident, but by Mr. Trevena's direct efforts.  In my opinion, Matt Trevena and his team are the best grades.
