I've closed the property deal with Midtown Independence for over 10 years, but no one can imagine it.

With exceptional service, friendly attitude, and "Do it" attitude, on time and with a smile close the deal. They are very ethical and only know that the deal is going well.

In fact, many of the people on the other side of my trading proved using midtown to be the best store in the city.

When my buyer went on a retirement contract, I gave him the wrong information. He gave false information that caused the anxiety and unjust trouble of the buyer and finally had to choose another company. Some deals are not very detailed. avoid

&Optimal Title; I've used an escrow company (and I've used a lot)!  Michelle, Jennifer & amp; Michael got the best grades and finished everything with a very urgent request.  In one transaction, I sold my investment property, exchanged it in 1031 (I bought it), and ran a guarantee certificate.  I was overwhelmed by the moving parts, professionally and accurately handled.

I sold my house in 2013 and my buyer insisted on using the title of Midtown Independence.  During the sale, it was found that one of the old lenders had not been released properly and that the lenders who were 30 years ago had also passed away for a long time.  Midtown Escrow executive Michelle Black found a way to work with a lawyer at home to make a deal.  

2 When I put my house on sale a month ago...I strongly insisted that Black and everyone else would not do that.  It was one of the unnegotiable terms of my sales.  If he was lucky, he found a buyer and agreed to make the deal, but the buyer was delayed in his funds.  After all, since Midtown had planned to make four financial results, it had to prepare new documents every time, including a new pay-off schedule and a new promotion.  whole wax  Michelle and his companions had never complained, and they chased after every detail and every trouble.  A nightmare deal was a pleasure.

Midtown is a central and convenient place for people around the city.  The front parking lot is a bit difficult, but there are a lot of parking lots on the back of the building, passing through one-half street of 30.  The interior of the midtown office is absolutely beautiful.  It's worth forgetting to close the shop and looking around at the decoration of the interior.  But without people, it doesn't matter at all.  Michel is the person I know best there.  In detail, she is as clever, competent, and unmerciful as a whip, but she is kind, gentle, and very attentive to her guests.  I'm really looking forward to working with you.  I didn't meet anyone else at the office.   I thank Midtown for allowing two sales that might have failed without their help.  That doesn't get so good.

My girlfriend and I tried to change complicated refinancing/titles, but after asking for help from several other Austen title companies, Debbie Hernandez was convinced that the title of Midtown could handle the details. I worked closely with Debbie and had trouble with the lender, but Debbie and her team were very helpful in finding out what to do and they worked with the lender to keep things simple. It was fun to work with Michelle and Michael.  The closing days of my house had to be moved again and again with the problems with other parties, and Michel and Michael were always planning to change their plans.  I asked for the latest reservation on the day I actually closed the shop.  When I arrived at the company, Michelle said that the lender had made a mistake in my accounting.  Michel solved the problem and helped me to figure out how to get the rest of the money I borrowed.  She waited for me to go to the bank to get a check for the cash register and didn't worry about me making her work late.  On the other hand, she explained all the papers thoroughly and made sure that I could fully understand the process.  Unfortunately, the lender continued to cause problems, and the money did not actually flow that day.  Michelle and Michael kept me up-to-date on account of the delay in financing, and contacted the lender to advance the process.  At 5:30 on Friday night, the lender finally gave the money.  Michelle and Michael worked late to make sure the seller was sent money the same day.  Thank you for your hard work.
