Although I can't deal with the criminal side, I'm complaining to the AG Consumer Protection Division for a variety of reasons.

Complaints to AG offices are of little use to consumer protection. In my case, I was lying in support of the legal documents, but I immediately know what he said, even if you have evidence that supports the latter, how the conflict with the tenant would look. The real problem is that the AG offices are too sensitive to these issues, so landlords will continue to use borrowers, what do we have? You hire a lawyer and spend thousands of dollars? If such money were to lie down, I would only return the land of the thief's house in the first place. Texas needs to monitor certain things and help borrowers to create places to accept these kinds of complaints. They are not only being heard, but also taking action, I haven't seen yet.

In 2002, when Greg Abbott was an AG, I was attacked by a patriotic suit. The lawsuit took place 14.5 years after the birth of the child. The statute of limitations was four years at the time. Also, this suit arrived conveniently six weeks after my father's death and I received a significant legacy. The suit has been dragged for six years and by this time the child was an adult. I lowered my hand and struck at the person who was practicing the most reticent and foolish lawyer, but I was a broke, almost homeless person. This despicable doctrine ruined the life and work of my father, who not only ruined my life, but also worked, saved, and invested. I wish all the employees of the AG office to die. They don't care about what's morally right, they just win the job and proceed. I hope you will experience tragedy, financial failure, cancer, disease and premature death. Your child will be swallowed up by a madman. You are all earth's dust.

In 2010 my old parents were ignored and killed. My mother, a felon, was allowed to pay my grandfather to move back to my parents' home, and my parents gave it back.
My gentle mother was released in 2010 on bail to this wise county prison felon. "John Allen Buster" had gone to another family before, so he was in this prison. After that, he was raped by a buster and his eyes got black.
The buster didn't even try to catch me and even let me visit my parents at home with two houses. Why?
2016 and 2017, since 2011, I have still been seeking justice.

Dr. Gary Ozier, a clinic in northern Texas at Wichita Falls, Texas, lied about their death certificate and wrote that my parents died due to a natural cause. He wanted to get $6,000 from John M. Lane, so I didn't hire a second real estate lawyer.
I went to see Dr. Osier twice.
He refused to help me and my family or become honest.
I think that the three of us and our family have lost their homes for years suffering from lies, corruption and ignorance are in the position of the Texas government.

In Texas, attention to all men or women who must receive child support for divorce cases. If you want to set up a support account in your lawyer's office, make sure you register with your original spouse one month ago before you start your scheduled payment on line so that you can set up an account without fail. I started paying on schedule a month ago and because of the "simple E-Pay" on line company of the middle man, they didn't send my ex-spouse payment on time. AG is used on its website to open an on line child support payment account. Easy E Pay receives the money, stores it for 2-3 weeks for "Confirm Account", and finally releases the payment to the person who finally receives the payment (there is a risk of late payment). This is a serious problem that appears to be a lack of serious commitment between companies and AG employees that are "easy to E-Pay". In addition, payment may take a long time to complete, so you may need to schedule payment 15 days earlier to make a timely delivery.
