This man took my money and did nothing. All I needed was a letter to the old landlord who illegally seized some of my pet deposits. If he had actually written the letter, he left the town with a refund. According to Texas state capital Bar, he lost the authority to practice in this state. Dick!

Mr. Stanfield was hired and received money to address the breach of the landlord's health code. Despite the fact that he and I were talking about the situation and in a hurry, he gave his advice and decided what action to take. They will give you 30 minutes of work and send you details before contacting the landlord. I haven't heard anything for weeks and haven't received any updates from him even after I tried to reach him by phone or email. It's a pity that he'll feel the value of time to fool people out of money and time and not actually offer the full paid service at all. He is a very amateur, not applicable to anyone.

I will continue to update this. I paid Shannon two months ago, but there was no way to get in touch with him or get in touch with him. He used to have a secretary, but the telephone just goes to the answering machine. No email is sent.
