About

After procuring JD/LLM (including tax), Sam Eastman started his legal career at the merger and acquisition group of a major San Francisco company. During the three years he worked for the company, he gave advice to private equity and company customers about various trade issues across many different industries. With this role, he became an expert on transaction taxes and developed a sophisticated business plan. He enjoyed the resources and excellent training that big companies could offer, but he was tired of the bureaucracy in San Francisco and big companies and decided to go on strike in Austin himself, which turned out to be one of the best decisions he had ever made.

Especialities

Advise your customers about corporate, tax, and commercial matters. They are typically related to organizational formation and business plans, mergers and acquisitions, employment issues, corporate governance and compliance, and other common counseling services. Small and medium businesses generally do not have the resources necessary to hire lawyers and act as consultants, but often have legal needs essential to their continued success. We provide that service. If you are a "virtual" general advisor, I advise you on a broad range of matters. In general, the purpose is to protect the company and its owners from liability and to do business in the most advantageous way. However, if appropriate for litigation, we use a large legal network to provide a comprehensive legal representation to our customers, locate external representation on behalf of their customers, and work with them to ensure good results.

Eastman pointed out the problems that no one else could do about the small business conflict I was facing. It was his underlying reason that I got favorable results. If I hadn't contacted him and received his advice, I wouldn't have known the strength and legitimacy of my case. Recommended.
