Don't look any more, Colin Newberry, the Hailigal group, is your legal opponent! Colin did two great things.
1) Undertook the painful legal issue of land. The previous lawyer had no result, so he charged us a large sum of money, and both my husband and I tried to treat her in a psychological way for months.
2) Not only did you make the right documents and explain the situation that you did not want to bring money into our advantageous land, but you also managed to show up, receive the money you borrowed, sign the documents, and proceed with your life. It takes time, money and stress (a psychopathic woman calls you day and night and sends you an email). All the time I have breast cancer. If my main character Colin didn't appear and literally rescued us from the legal dilemma, I don't know what I did. If God forbids any legal trouble, Colin calls me. If you need legal help, I strongly recommend that you call him. I can't tell you enough how grateful I was to find Colin.

We used them as a title company, but never again.  They looked nice enough, but I couldn't get Escrow's agent or her assistant on the phone.  I couldn't even leave a message to her because my voicemail or email wasn't answered and the Escrow Agent voice mail box was full for a week!

Today was the money I promised to close my house. And the harsh things that need to be signed, do not have my email. They sent both copies back. Signed both copies 2 hours ago...... I still have money...I feel the greatest stress because now I need to stop renting and take a break and see the place. ... But you don't need that money! Oh, my God! A wasted day......

extremely-amateur  I spoke with Mrs. Hall about the lease I have, but she basically said that they refused to help me. I was doing drugs and living with a roommate who refused to stop. It was a terrible experience  I have come to talk with him  The lawyer and the woman said that they could not help me because I could not send a lease. I said that I could not send it in any other way so I would deliver it. I made a fool of all the phone mistakes.

I talked with John on the phone. "I'm interested in real estate trading, but will your company help me with this kind of real estate trading?" He said, "I need to have my papers signed before I give them legal advice," and it was very useless. I said to him. "I'm sorry, perhaps you misunderstood. I'm not asking for advice whether Hay Camper can help or is interested in drafting a property contract."He said, "I don't know who you are."I didn't know how to answer. He may be a good lawyer, but he doesn't invite much.

Patong van Beccoven contacted my fourth lawyer. He found a knowledgeable Condo Hoa lawyer and helped us to re-establish a failed HOA to close the sale of the apartment. When I spoke to the three lawyers before Patong, their lack of knowledge was obvious. When I visited the State Supervisory Office, I personally examined the necessary procedures and knew when the two lawyers had misspoken. One person actually admitted that she did not know the submission process and was recommended by others. But after I spoke with Patong I was at once relieved of his expertise on this subject. He outlined three simple steps, agreed with the people concerned, and dealt with all the documents and documents. I thought it would be a terrible job, in fact, to be honest and on time! The Labor Party's holiday was also included, with the closing date within four days. When I ran around alone and tried to ask for the right legal help, I was impressed that it would take weeks. It means that my closing was delayed for a few weeks, and of course, if it was not closed on the target day, there was always the possibility that sales would be at risk.
