I wrote to Sutton on Sunday, but I didn't think he'd get a reply until Monday. He not only answered me in a few hours, but also answered me during the vacation. Customer! He can't help me with certain problems, but he kindly helped me move forward, because he gives me feedback about my cases. If he is useful to those who can't maintain the service, I can imagine how wonderful it is to actually work together. Just by writing this letter, I can tell that it is a sincere lawyer.

Patrick was impartial, frank, clear, and meaningless. It was very expensive to talk to him before negotiating with HOA and ARC. It is highly recommended that you work with him to review all HOA documentation before purchasing it in the future. I don't think I need to call him again (face to face, who will call the lawyer, unless it's the best situation). :) But it's polite and very comfortable, and if you need it in the future, you'll use a speed dial.

I didn't want to hire a lawyer. I didn't need to hire a lawyer.
But when my HOA refused to pay any damages to my house, I needed it.
After many investigations, I contacted Patrick Sutton and knew that I made a great choice. He is clear, knowledgeable, sensitive, and educated about matters directly related to construction, real estate, and HOA issues. I knew when to push, and I knew when to wait. He is also a real person with a sense of humor and an unintuitive sense.
I couldn't find a better lawyer to suit my needs. I highly recommend it.
