As a real estate company, I closed a lot of business with many title companies.  There were good people and few people, but my experience at Kim Lou's office was always great.  The answer to the inquiry is very early (I thought they wouldn't answer the question until Friday night and Monday morning), and their work is solid and punctual. Kim and Rhonda reassure my customers and spend time at home.  I was very satisfied with Kim's job, so I closed my house shopping to her and later chose to borrow my house.  When I get closer to this office, I always feel like I'm really working on a local business...Me.  Good luck, miss!

I've worked with Kim over the past few years through a number of home closures.  A  The buyer of the new house at that time thanked her for taking the time to explain the various documents I had signed.  Her patience is really appreciated, and I would like to recommend closing the property without hesitation!

Furthermore, this year we encountered a difficult contract problem and needed the guidance of a real estate lawyer.  I contacted Kim and she got a title of Real Estate Law officer and was very useful and polite in previous deals.  Not only did she teach, but she set about it with my interests in mind.  The matter settled in my favor.

My husband and I have used KimLowe for various real estate transactions in the past decade. Renting houses, renegotiating broker contracts, advising on tenant property damage issues, negotiating and resolving lease contracts, drafting lease and sublease contracts.  In any case, Kim is responsive, effective and efficient.  She is an excellent lawyer and a very decent person.  I can say that she really loves what she is doing!  Frankly speaking, I wish I had more lawyers with both her skill and honesty.
