I was just trying to get a promise, and I had a very hard time.  After the phone was inspected and asked for advice to seek IRA's settlement, I was told to meet with an investment advisor.  I didn't ask for investment advice or free advice. I wanted to book to understand the options, penalties, and required tax returns.  I am very disappointed with the level of service and never ask for service here again.
