Your staff also won't answer the phone. Change the phone time from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

If you call a phone, you will not answer your phone, or a young boy on the phone will use the phone to enter another unanswered exit. Imagine. Warley, who's been trained!

She and her staff are friendly, easy to work with, and rare in our industry. It's fun not to be so surprised. Mike (Michelina) was wonderful! She answered all her client questions, spoke, laughed, and reassured them. She has a cheerful disposition that doesn't catch sight. I'm a Houston agent, a new real estate in Austin district, but I'm sure I recommend putting her closer!

If I were given a zero star, I would give it.  I work with home builders and have closed various Austin title companies and many real estate companies.  Compared to this company, I have never experienced such a poor service or lack of professionalism.  We were the buyers of our previous property, which ended with the Tingley Title. I thought that the mistake of closing, the mistake of closing words, and the wrong information were simply the problem that the title company was too busy at the end of the month.  In February 2016, the shop was closed again as a buyer, and the lack of the process and thoroughness was terrible.  Since then, I still called and sent emails to get the title policy many times.  We plan to file a complaint with the Texas Insurance Department's Title Department.

I took a break from my previous home with several title companies.  This closing was the most efficient and prompt I have ever experienced.  Sometimes it's not good to be fast, but in this case it must be said.  Good experience and good people.  Thank you very much.
