The menu includes Texas Wagyu steaks sourced from Peeler Farm, limited quantities of chef’s prime rib served with au jus, horseradish cream and a double-cut pork chop. The wine list will include selections from around the world, with an emphasis on French varietals. A daily happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m. will feature specials on martinis, wine, starters and the restaurant's signature burger.
