Jacqueline D. "Jackie" Bishop Jacqueline D. "Jackie" Bishop, a 96-year-old woman who passed away on October 14, 2026, is set to celebrate her life with a memorial service at Oak Hill United Methodist Church in Austin, Texas on Nov. 3. She was born in 1930 in Baltimore and moved to the Panama Canal Zone in 1936, where she studied, married, and started a family. She married Dale Bishop in 1961, and they moved to Kerrville, TX in 1973 and were long time members of First Christian Church. Jackie also passed on her talents to her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her stepdaughter Edie Bishop, son Mark Bishop and wife Alyson, and daughter Jeanne Sheets of Austin,Texas.
