Dianna Ferr and Nancy have done a great job as a champion of my two exceptional students. He has a deep knowledge of the law on "free and appropriate education" and has achieved results through many experiences and collaboration with school districts. She is a strong and persistent supporter, and Nancy is a great team. If they aren't there, I won't join ARD.

While Dianna may know much about defending special children who need them, she is not always honest. She got me and my assistant, Nancy, involved, lied about me, stood in court, testified and threw herself into the question of how to detain me. At the ARD meeting, Dianna tries to scold you and shame you as a person who doesn't need a special child, so that I sometimes try to speak, speak, speak, speak, not be allowed to speak, and have opinions different from her. Dianna urged Nancy to call me on CPS to complain about her false abuse. Dianna called on me in the school district to surround me with regard to the issue of her son. because Nancy wanted it. Dianna is a dishonest person. Do it. No. a transaction . Here. a woman

Dianna gave me one hand about the rights of children with special needs. She is a thoughtful, caring, patient, and respected advocate of special education that has made an incredible difference in our lives. At the ARD meeting, she is a solution-oriented, without any back-up. She wants to achieve great results for our family, is caring and caring. I know a lot of other people that she can help. Contact her if you need a supporter to operate the "in" and "out" of the system. Our experience with her was wonderful.

Sadly, I can't recommend Diana Farr. She agreed to accept my case on a sliding scale. She was not quite clear what the scale of the sliding was. She was not clear about her role and usefulness. I hired her with limited resources, hoping to help her with a very confusing and frightening task of having her children specially educated at school. I actually found her confusing the whole process. She missed two calls on schedule. One of the phones was the day before an important school meeting and she was supposed to help me prepare during the call. She didn't give me a phone or email to let me know that I need to change the meeting schedule. To make matters worse, I said that there were customers in a tougher situation as a reason to be absent from the meeting.

I have worked as a clinician, such as a child psychiatrist, a child psychologist, or a pediatrician, and sometimes I need to reschedule my appointment. Okay. We also know that professionals should always contact their customers and change their schedule. This case is known by mistake once, but not twice.

Dianna also came late for the meeting with her son's school. I encouraged her to allow more travel time than planned. She actually sent me a time estimate of Google, so I said she took plenty of time. I explained that traffic is bad and the way to school is confused. However, without adjusting the schedule, I arrived 20 minutes late to the school meeting.

To make matters worse, when I discussed my concerns, I repeatedly threatened to email a lawyer saying, "I'll get in touch with my business page if I don't get rid of it." They are spoken of by other families with special needs and other supporters who have similar experiences with Dianna. Several mothers contacted me to thank me for their treatment of the customers. I call upon families that need the help of skilled educators to act carefully and to ask others before working with this supporter.
